To install Windows Server 2012 r2 follow the below steps :
- Insert Windows Server 2012 R2 DVD into the server DVD drive and reboot the server. Window Setup will start, choose required setting and click next:
2. Click Install now
3. Choose the edition of the Operating System available for you and click Next:
4. Accept the License Terms and then click Next:
5. Setup will ask you which type of installation do you want to perform. As we are performing a fresh installation of Windows Server, then select Custom : Install Windows only (advanced):
6. Choose which disk you want to Install. If you have more than a single hard disk, you can choose between any of them :
7. After that Installing Windows Server 2012 R2 will start and Reboot will be after install finished and setup will continue:
8. You will be asked to type the administrator username and password:
9. Setup will finalize Windows Server 2012 R2 installation and you will be able to logon . Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and Type the password to login:
