We can Show or Hide the Recycle Bin on windows 10 two ways:
- With Control Panel
Right click the Start button and select Control Panel from the menu and type “desktop common” into the search box and click Show or hide common icons on the desktop under Personalization listed items:
On this windows you can uncheck Recycle Bin and click OK.
2. With Group Policy
On windows 10 run MMC as administrator and File -> Add or Remove Snap-ins dialog, double click Group Policy Object Editor and Select Group Policy Object dialog windows , click Finish and click ok.
On the MMC expand User Configuration > Administrative Templates, and click Desktop and right pane double click Remove Recycle Bin icon from desktop and opened windows check Enabled and click OK .
Close MMC. To take affect GPO run gpupdate /force on command line.
