IP address is assigned by DHCP by default, so sometimes we need to set Static IP address for the computer.
So this example shows how to set IPv4 address:
- Right-click on “Start button” and click on “Network Connections”:
Click Ethernet icon with right button and select “Properties”:
Double-click on “Internet Protocol Version 4”. On the opened window set Static IP address and Gateway and others for your local network, Click Ok:
