For Creating Copy of Existing Virtual Machine in ESXi Server follow steps below:
- Open vSphere client and select VM which you want to copy and select summary tab and select storage :
2. Right click on that and click “Browse Datastore…”
3. On the Datastore Browser windows and click New Folder to create Folder on datastore:
4. And then open the VM folder that you want to copy and copy all VM files:
5. Select New Folder and Paste the copied files:
6. Right click on .VMX files and click add to inventory:
7. And follow the next pictures to complete process:
Once all done you will see new VM under host:
