Converting Windows Server 2012 R2 to Core edition follow steps below:
- Open PowerShell and run Get-Windowsfeature for get syntax of features which you want to uninstall:
2. To convert back to a Core installation the Server Graphical Shell and the Graphical Management Tools and Infrastructure have to be unistalled. So run the command below:
Uninstall-Windowsfeature Server-Gui-Mgmt-Infra, Server-Gui-Shell –restart
3. One command completed successfully and After the computer restarts, you will see graphical interfaces have been removed
