Today i am going to show you how to install license to Symantec Backup Exec 2015. i have trial version of Symantec Backup Exec. I will install Backup Exec V-Ray edition licenses. To look license you need to click View license information under Home page.
As you see we have Trial version license:
Now we will install new licenses. So to do that click Install Option and Licenses on this Backup Exec Server:
Click OK:
Click Import Symantec License File to import all license you want to and click next:
If you want to install new features select that features and click next (import your installation disk to Backup Exec 15 Server):
If you want to install additional languages select that and click next:
Click Install:
And finally click Finish to complete process:
To look installed license click View license information under Home page.
As you see we have V-Ray edition licences:
If you want to see your license file you can look at that from Install Option and Licenses on this Backup Exec Server:
Click Cancel to exit.
