1. Connect to one of the Exchange server and open the Exchange console:
2.Then double click the mailbox which you want to change mailbox storage quotas from “Mailbox” submenu under the “Recipient Configuration” menu.
Then follow the next picture to finish the process:
When you set the you storage quotas click OK twice for complete.
