Do do this firstly we need to open outlook and Click “New Email” and then click “Developer” menu on the top:
On the “Developer” menu click on “Design This Form” :
And then click “(Actions)” :
On the opening windows you will see all action which we can disable:
Click Action name which you want to Disable , in this case we will click on “Forward” action and you will see the “Form Action Properties” windows:
Take Enabled sign on screen and click enter:
On this screen click “Run This Form” :
The end you can fill and send email :
Recipient will receive email which disabled “Forward” Option as below:
